PREPARATION
Data is collected from the individual customers using tablet computers face to face. A special program from Divera AI is loaded to make the tablets ready for the task.

FIELD RESEARCH
Field research team finds the target audience to collect data. A profile gate is used to filter people.

DATA QUALITY ASSURANCE
Each piece of data goes through a quality assurance algorithm. If the algorithm rejects the data, DIVERA notifies the field team.

PERFORMANCE
FOLLOW-UP
Each day, the net result of data collection effort is sent to the field team. Team is responsible to bring in new data, if the algorithm rejects their input.

Direction of belief
A customer's
negative or positive
belief about a certain
product/service attribute of a certain brand. A vital piece of information to develop our Artificial Intelligence based mind-model.

Magnitude of belief
Intensity of belief measured as the probability of change of mind.
The biological reactions of the individual to certain belief statements give us the probability of change of mind.
METHOD

Field research
Client's choice of field research team teams up with DIVERA to collect data from the individuals.

Touch screen
Individual has to touch the screen of a tablet computer or a smartphone to react to the belief statements.
